• 20 feet above obstructions
• 250 feet away from obstructions in all directions
• Average annual wind speed of at least 10 mph
• Best results will be achieved with wind speed average at or above 12 mph
• Property size is at least 0.5 acre
• Local zoning ordinances allow structures at least 35 ft high
