Earth Day 2010

Employees from NW Wind & Solar teamed up with other volunteers from Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) to help renovate portions of the Interurban Trail and the Uplands Playfields in Kent. More than 15 people from several different companies participated in spreading mulch, painting over graffiti, repairing bulletin boards, and cleaning up the trail and playfields. It is always gratifying to see how the work of dedicated volunteers can have such a positive impact in a short amount of time. What a great way to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Earth Day!
