We offer secured financing through well-established institutions. Lenders may request the following information from you:
- A completed loan application which the lender will provde.
- Income tax returns.
- Current paystub or verification of income.
- Most recent first mortgage statement.
- Information on your homeowners insurance.
- The lender will need to see you drivers license.
- The lender will request that you sign an authorization to release certain information.
Your sales consultant will have you work directly with one of the lender's special NW Wind & Solar representatives. NW Wind & Solar will not collect any confidential financial or personal information.
